Contact us on WhatsApp, through the website form or by email. We arrange a short call or meeting to understand what you need, then send a written quotation defining the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. The engagement officially starts when you approve the quotation in writing and pay the first instalment.
Clearly scoped services such as brochure websites or social media packages: one to two working days. Large projects such as custom platforms, games and AI agents need an analysis session first, and the quotation follows within 3 to 5 working days.
The first introductory call is free; we use it to understand your needs and outline suitable options. The in-depth analysis session, such as the AI opportunity assessment at your premises, is a paid service starting from OMR 285, and its value is credited against your first project with us.
The content, images, data and access needed for the work, plus one person authorised to decide and approve. From day one we send you a clear list of everything we need, because late content is the number one cause of late projects.
Because multiple opinions at approval time prolong the project and raise its cost. We ask for one person who collects your team’s feedback and hands it to us in one batch, so the feedback arrives organised and the work moves faster.
5 working days. This limit protects you too: a late approval pauses the timeline clock and delays your delivery, because the next stage cannot start before the previous one is approved.
Yes. The quotation you approve, together with these terms and policies, is the contract between us; it defines the scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment schedule. For large projects we sign a separate detailed contract when needed.
Yes, we work remotely with clients across the Gulf and beyond. Services that need on-site presence, such as photography, training workshops and event support, are delivered inside Oman, or abroad with travel and accommodation costs added.
Yes. We have services starting from OMR 60, such as the social media design pack, and from OMR 175 for a landing page. Start with a small service, try us, then expand once you are confident in the result.
Yes, we show you samples of our work relevant to your field. Some projects are under a confidentiality agreement before launch and cannot be shown; that is the same confidentiality we commit to for your project.
The published prices are for the scope described for each service and are valid for 90 days from the price list issue date. Services marked “from” get their final price by quotation after we study your requirements.
No. All prices are in Omani Rial and exclude the 5% VAT, which is added to invoices once the studio is VAT registered.
50% on signing, 30% on design approval and 20% on final delivery. Large projects are split into stages, each with a clear deliverable and its own payment.
In advance at the start of each month, with a three-month minimum for social media management and SEO, because these services do not show results in a single month.
Invoices are issued from the client portal with bank transfer details and are payable within 7 days of issue.
A delay of more than 14 days gives us the right to pause the work or suspend monthly services until payment. We always contact you before that, and we prefer agreeing on an alternative schedule over suspending the service.
Third-party costs: ad budgets, app store fees, AI tool subscriptions, WhatsApp messaging, hosting and domains. They are paid from your account directly to the providers, and we estimate their monthly cost before starting so nothing surprises you.
Because they vary with your actual usage, and because keeping them in your name means you own and control your accounts. If we included them we would have to raise the price to cover heavy usage, and you would pay the difference.
Our discounts apply to bundled packages, not to individual services, and are capped at 12% on the ready-made bundles, rising to 15% on custom bundles from OMR 5,000. This is deliberate: discounting single services hurts price levels in the local market and puts pressure on quality.
For large projects, yes, by dividing them into stages, each with a delivery and a payment. This protects you as well: you can stop at the end of any stage having received what you paid for.
No. The price agreed in the quotation is fixed for the agreed scope. What is priced additionally is only what you request outside the scope or after a stage is approved.
Local bank transfer, with the account details attached to every invoice. For clients outside Oman we agree on a suitable international transfer method, with transfer fees paid by the sender.
As a guide: a landing page 5 to 7 days, a brochure website two to three weeks, an online store 3 to 5 weeks, a smart WhatsApp assistant 3 to 4 weeks, a simple mobile game 3 to 4 months. The exact timeline is in your quotation.
When both the first payment and the complete content are received. The clock pauses whenever we are waiting for an approval or content from you, and resumes when it arrives.
Two revision rounds per approved stage: two on the design and two on the build. Extra revisions or scope changes after a stage is approved are priced by the time required.
Asking for something not in the quotation: extra pages, a new feature, or a change of design direction after approval. We tell you immediately that the request is outside the scope and send its price and timeline before doing anything, so you never get a surprise invoice.
We sit with you to understand exactly what you did not like and carry out the two included revision rounds. To avoid this from the start, we agree on the visual direction before the full design, which saves both sides a lot of time.
No, unless your contract says otherwise. Edits included in a maintenance plan belong to their month.
During the work. We work in approved stages, and you see and approve each stage before we move to the next. We do not believe in surprising the client with the final result.
We tell you as soon as any cause of delay appears and agree on a new date. Timelines in the quotation are estimates, but we commit to transparency: you always know where your work stands.
For some services, yes, for a rush fee agreed in advance, provided the content and approvals reach us at a pace that matches the urgency.
Yes. If you cancel before work starts, the full amount is refunded less any third-party fees actually paid. After work starts, the first instalment is non-refundable because it covers the analysis and design already produced, and the completed deliverables are handed over at their proportional value.
With written notice 15 days before the end of the month. The current month and the agreed minimum term are not refunded, and you receive everything produced for you up to the stop date.
What has actually been spent on the platforms is not refundable, because it was paid to the ad platform, not to us. We stop spending immediately when you ask.
Tell us early, not at the end. We review the reason with you and carry out the included revision rounds. Completed and delivered digital deliverables are not refundable, but we never leave a client with a result that is unfit for use.
Yes, in two cases only: a breach of the terms, or a request for unlawful use or use that violates platform policies. In that case we refund the value of whatever was not delivered.
You receive what was completed and paid for. Anything not paid for stays with us and is not handed over, because rights transfer after payment.
You. After full payment, the rights to use and exploit the final deliverables transfer to you, and the source files and credentials are handed over.
Tools, libraries, templates and code we developed before your project remain ours, and you receive a perpetual licence to use them within your project. That is what makes delivery faster and cheaper for you.
Yes, we register accounts, domains and hosting in your name with your details and hand you the credentials. Your ownership is unaffected if you decide to work with someone else later.
Third-party elements, such as fonts, purchased images, plugins, game engines and AI models, remain subject to their owners’ licences. We tell you what needs an annual licence before using it.
We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio and channels after launch, unless you ask otherwise in writing. Projects before launch are strictly confidential and never mentioned to anyone.
No. Your logo, identity, website design and game characters are original works for you alone, and we never resell or reuse them with anyone else.
Yes, the source files are delivered with the final delivery after full payment, including logo and identity files and the game’s art assets.
A landing page from OMR 175, a 5 to 7 page brochure website for 485, a corporate website of 8 to 15 pages for 1,010, an online store with up to 100 products for 1,540, and custom platforms from 3,960 by quotation.
Yes, all our websites are built bilingual with a design that supports both directions, not with machine translation of the page.
Yes, we hand you a simple control panel, train you on it and give you a walkthrough video. If you would rather not deal with it, the maintenance plan includes monthly content edits.
We build the website on a sound technical foundation with basic search engine setup. Ranking in the top positions needs continuous monthly work, which is a separate service starting from OMR 250 per month.
Yes, all websites are responsive and we test them on real devices before delivery. More than two thirds of website visitors in Oman come from mobile, so the design starts from mobile rather than ending with it.
We connect a local payment gateway that suits your business after checking its activation requirements, with a cash-on-delivery option. Gateway fees and commissions are paid to the provider directly.
Yes, we move the website and email with minimal downtime after a free review of the site and its platform. If migrating costs more than rebuilding, we tell you so frankly.
The website disappears and email stops working, exactly like a shop’s rent. That is why we alert you before the renewal date and recommend keeping hosting within a maintenance plan that renews on your behalf.
The basic package is OMR 265 (two platforms and 12 designs), the advanced 485 (3 platforms, 16 designs, 4 reels and ad management), and the complete 750 (4 platforms, 24 designs, 8 reels and a monthly photo shoot).
No. Our fee covers management and content production; the ad budget is paid from your account directly to the platform and stays under your control. The minimum useful budget is OMR 50 per month, and a reasonable start is OMR 150 to 400.
No, and we do not promise that. We commit to best practice and monthly reports with real numbers. Anyone who guarantees a specific number of followers or sales is either buying fake followers or selling you a promise they do not own.
Always you. You grant us management access that you can revoke at any time. You will never find yourself negotiating with anyone to get your account back.
Yes. We send the monthly content plan for approval, then the designs according to the agreed schedule. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and the validity of the published offers and prices.
Engagement and reach move within the first month, and the sales impact usually appears between the second and third month. That is why the minimum subscription is three months.
Local keywords may move within two to three months; competitive keywords need six months or more. SEO is a cumulative investment, not a quick campaign.
We write it within the packages and need accurate information from you about your services and offers. If you have a writer, we collaborate with them and handle design, publishing and management.
We follow best practice and platform policies. Responsibility for the accuracy of information and offers and for compliance with local advertising rules lies with the client, and we help you avoid the common violations.
With the AI opportunity assessment: half a day at your premises for OMR 285, ending with a report that identifies the best three opportunities with the return and cost of each. The report is yours even if you do not continue with us.
OMR 880 for setup and OMR 110 per month for operation, updates and monitoring, plus the cost of WhatsApp messages and the model subscription, paid according to your actual usage.
Yes, and we state it clearly at the start of the conversation. Hiding it destroys trust when discovered, while transparency with a fast, accurate reply fully satisfies the customer.
We build the assistant to answer from your information only and teach it to hand over to a staff member when unsure. We do not guarantee absolute accuracy of automated answers, which is why every assistant of ours has a handover path to a human, and outputs are reviewed by a person before publishing.
No. Financial, legal or medical decisions are never left to automation alone; the assistant gathers and prepares the information, and the decision is made by a responsible human.
Your data and your customers’ data used for setup or automation remain yours and are used only for your project. We build on external providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Meta WhatsApp Business, and we agree with you before starting what is uploaded and what is not.
Yes, the provider account is created in your name and its subscriptions are paid by you directly. This means you own the solution and can keep it running whoever manages it.
It depends on usage: a WhatsApp assistant for a small business may cost a few rials a month to run, rising with the number of conversations. We estimate the expected cost before starting and set a monthly cap that is not exceeded.
Usually not; it takes over repetitive tasks and leaves your staff what needs human judgement. The usual outcome is faster service with the same headcount, not layoffs.
It understands the local dialect well and replies in clear, understandable Arabic. We tune the reply style with you during the trial phase before going live.
The client is responsible for obtaining end users’ consent to automated messages and for complying with platform policies and data protection laws. We help you prepare the right consent wording.
Yes, every output passes a human reviewer before delivery or publishing. AI multiplies the quantity; human review is what protects your reputation.
Voice, yes, with written, documented permission from the voice owner. We never generate faces of real people or brands you do not own, whatever the reason.
From short games for events and exhibitions at OMR 375, a web advergame at 1,230 and an educational game at 3,080, to mobile games starting from 4,840, and 3D and multiplayer projects by quotation.
No, and nobody honestly can. What we guarantee is a complete, published and measurable product. That is why we start large projects with an inexpensive prototype, after which you decide to continue or adjust.
Apple App Store, Google Play and Steam accounts are created in your name and their fees are paid by you. We handle preparation, submission and review follow-up; the approval decision remains with the store.
We address the review feedback within the project scope and resubmit. We know the common rejection reasons and avoid them from the start, but the store’s final decision is not in our hands.
Yes, source files and art assets are delivered after full payment. Game engines and ready-made assets remain subject to their owners’ licences.
Yes. Android and iOS release yearly updates that can break a game, and store requirements change. The game maintenance plan starts from OMR 240 per month and covers fixes, compatibility and light content updates.
Usually yes, after inspecting the code and assets and assessing their state. Sometimes rebuilding is faster and cheaper than repairing, and we tell you so before contracting.
Support through WhatsApp, email and the client portal from Saturday to Thursday during working hours, and we respond to requests within one working day.
Yes, we fix bugs within the project scope free of charge for 30 days after delivery.
Failures caused by the client or a third party, or outages of the hosting provider. These are handled at an hourly rate, and we tell you the cost before starting.
Security updates, regular backups, uptime monitoring and the agreed monthly edits, with a short monthly report. It starts from OMR 30 per month for websites.
No, but it is strongly recommended. Recovering a hacked or lost website costs many times the annual maintenance, and an un-updated website is the easiest target.
You, unless they are within a maintenance plan that renews on your behalf. We alert you before the renewal date in both cases.
From the client portal, WhatsApp or email. Requests logged in the portal are best because they are documented and you can track their status.
Name, phone number and email from the contact forms and WhatsApp, the email of newsletter subscribers, and client account data such as projects, invoices and requests.
To communicate with you, deliver the service, issue invoices and send the newsletter to those who subscribed. We never sell data or share it with marketing parties.
No. The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies; only your language preference and the client portal session are stored locally.
Client and invoice data is kept for the duration of the relationship and as financial regulations require. Enquiries that do not become an engagement are deleted within 12 months.
Email Support@wilddream.om to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop communications, and we reply within 10 working days.

Yes. Projects are strictly confidential before launch, and we never mention or show them before your approval.

You see the status of your projects, invoices, subscriptions and requests in one place, and you send support and edit requests from it and track their status.
Accounts are created by invitation from the studio only, after contracting; there is no self sign-up.

Tell us immediately on WhatsApp or by email. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity from your account, and we block access as soon as you report it.
The account may be suspended for late payment or a breach of the terms; your data stays preserved and is handed over on request.
An Omani studio offering 50 services in four fields: AI and automation, website and e-commerce development, digital marketing and game development. We are based at SQUare Work Place in Muscat.
WhatsApp or phone: +968 9796 6199 · Email: Support@wilddream.om · or the contact form on the website. We reply within one working day.
Because everything with us is written and public: prices on the website, the full policies on one page, your accounts and domains in your name, and staged payments against deliveries. Start with a small service and try us before committing to a large project.
Because we chose to sit slightly below the market average rather than break prices, and because a large part of our work relies on tools and systems we built beforehand, which cuts delivery hours. We never save on quality; time is what we save.
We bring four fields under one roof: your website, content, smart assistant and advergame from one team with one identity, instead of coordinating four vendors. And our specialisation in games and interactive experiences gives your campaigns something nobody else offers.
The laws of the Sultanate of Oman. We first seek an amicable resolution of any dispute within 30 days of written notice; failing that, the courts of Muscat have jurisdiction.
Our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the affected service, and we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, third-party service outages or force majeure.
We update them as our services evolve. The latest version applies to new contracts, while your existing contract remains governed by the terms stated in its quotation.
