1Scope & agreement
These terms apply to every service provided by WildDream Studio (“the Studio”, “we”) in AI and automation, website and e-commerce development, digital marketing and game development, whether requested through the website, WhatsApp, email or the client portal.
An engagement starts when the quotation is approved in writing (email or WhatsApp) and the first payment is received. The quotation defines the scope, deliverables and timeline; anything outside it is quoted separately.
Prices published on the website are valid for 90 days from the price list issue date. “From” prices are confirmed by quotation after a requirements study.
Client responsibilities:
- Provide content, images, data and the required access on time.
- Respond to approval requests within 5 working days.
- Appoint one person authorised to make decisions and communicate with us.
2Prices, payment & invoicing
Prices are in Omani Rial and exclude 5% VAT, which is added on invoices once VAT registration applies.
- Projects: 50% on signing, 30% on design approval, 20% on delivery.
- Subscription plans are paid in advance: monthly at the start of each month, or yearly for twelve months at the yearly discount the plan states. Setup fees are paid in one full payment with the first invoice and cannot be paid in instalments, and are waived on yearly billing for hosting, on a 6-month plan or longer for SEO, and on a 3-month plan or longer for social media design. Each plan states its own minimum term (3 months for most, 6 months for hosting).
- Invoices are issued from the client portal with bank transfer details and are payable within 7 days of issue unless stated otherwise.
If payment is more than 14 days late, the Studio may pause the work or suspend subscriptions until payment is received, while preserving everything already produced.
Ad budgets, store account fees (Apple / Google), AI model subscriptions, WhatsApp messaging, hosting and domains are paid by the client directly to the providers and are not included in our prices, unless a subscription plan explicitly includes them: hosting, domain and email in the hosting plans, AI usage in the AI assistant plans, and AI usage and hosting in the assistant operation plans. We estimate the monthly cost of the rest before starting.
3Revisions & timelines
Every project includes two revision rounds per approved stage (design, then build). Extra revisions or scope changes after approval are priced by time and carried out after the client approves.
Maintenance plans include a set number of monthly edits by tier (2, 3, 6 or 12) stated in the agreement; they stay monthly even on yearly billing, and unused edits do not carry over to the next month.
Timelines in the quotation are estimates. They start when the first payment and the complete content are received, and pause while we wait for approvals or content from the client.
4Cancellation & refunds
- Before work starts: the engagement can be cancelled and the amount paid refunded, less any fees already paid to third parties.
- After work starts: the first payment is non-refundable because it covers the analysis and design already produced; the client receives everything completed up to the cancellation date once its value is settled.
- Monthly subscriptions: can be stopped with 15 days’ notice before the end of the paid month; amounts paid for the current month or the agreed minimum term are not refunded.
- Yearly subscriptions: renew every year unless the client asks in writing to stop the renewal 15 days before the end of the paid year. The year paid in advance is not refunded, nor setup fees once the setup has been done.
- Completed and delivered digital deliverables, ad budgets already spent on the platforms, and third-party fees are not refundable.
The Studio may end the engagement and refund the unfinished part of the work if it cannot continue because the client breaches these terms or requests unlawful use.
5Ownership & delivery
Our principle: your website, store and app belong to you. After full payment, the client receives the rights to use and exploit the final deliverables (designs, project-specific code, content, game files) without time limit.
Tools, libraries, templates and generic code the Studio developed beforehand remain its property; the client receives a perpetual licence to use them within the project.
Third-party elements (fonts, stock images, plugins, game engines, AI models) remain subject to their owners’ licences; we tell the client what needs renewal or a licence in their own name.
Accounts and domains are registered in the client’s name, and so is hosting unless it is part of one of our hosting plans; we hand over credentials and source files with the final delivery.
The Studio may show the work in its portfolio and social channels after launch unless the client asks otherwise in writing, and keeps unannounced projects strictly confidential.
6Hosting, maintenance & support
On our hosting plans we run the hosting and the renewals while the subscription is active; the domain is registered in the client’s name and belongs to them, and moving it to another provider is free at any time. Where hosting or the domain sits with another provider, renewing them is the client’s responsibility.
Maintenance plans include security updates, regular backups, monitoring and the agreed edits. Failures caused by the client, a third party or a hosting outage are outside the warranty and are handled at our time rate.
Support is available through WhatsApp, email and the client portal from Saturday to Thursday during working hours; we respond within one working day. Critical outages in subscribed services take priority.
We fix bugs within the project scope free of charge for 30 days after delivery.
7AI & automation
We build assistants and automations on external models and providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Meta WhatsApp Business) that are subject to their own terms and pricing. The account is created in the client’s name and the client pays those subscriptions directly, except on the AI assistant and assistant operation plans, which include the AI running costs.
AI outputs are reviewed by a human before publishing, and we do not guarantee absolute accuracy of automated answers. Every assistant has a path to hand the case to a staff member, and financial, legal or medical decisions are never left to automation alone.
Client data, and the client’s customers’ data, used for setup or automation remains the client’s property, is used only for the project, and is not shared beyond the providers needed to run it.
The client is responsible for obtaining consent from their customers to receive automated messages, and for complying with platform policies (such as WhatsApp templates) and data protection laws.
8Marketing & advertising
Social media and ad accounts are created in, or stay in, the client’s name; the Studio receives management access that can be revoked at any time.
Ad budgets are paid by the client directly to the platform. Our fees cover campaign management and the agreed content production.
We follow best practice and deliver monthly reports with numbers, but we do not guarantee specific reach, followers or sales, since these depend on the platforms, the market and the product itself.
The client approves content before publishing according to the agreed schedule and is responsible for the accuracy of the information, offers and prices advertised and their compliance with advertising rules in Oman.
9Games & interactive experiences
Store accounts (Apple App Store, Google Play, Steam) are created in the client’s name and their fees are paid by the client; we prepare, submit and follow up on the review.
Store approval of an app or game is the platform’s decision; we address review feedback within the project scope.
Source files and art assets are delivered after full payment; engines and ready-made assets remain subject to their owners’ licences.
10Anime & story animation
- The smallest order is a clip of up to 60 seconds; the service is not sold by the second.
- Episodes, seasons and the series foundation are priced by written quotation once the scope is agreed.
- A season is paid in stages: 30% on signing, then a payment after every 3 delivered episodes, and 10% on final delivery. Production of episode four does not start before the payment for the first three episodes.
- Every project includes two revision rounds on the script and one on the produced episode or clip. Changes after that are priced per re-made minute, and changing dialogue after generation costs more than changing it in the script.
- The price does not include human voice actors, licences for outside commercial music, more than 6 main characters or 8 locations, rush delivery, or translation into languages other than Arabic and English.
The client owns the story, the characters and the final deliverables after full payment; the Studio keeps the right to show the work in its portfolio, and keeps its tools, prompts and scripts.
The legal protection of AI-generated work differs from country to country, and the Studio does not guarantee protection that the competent authority does not grant. No one’s voice is cloned without their written, documented consent.
11Privacy policy
We collect only what we need to reply to you and do the work: your name; the phone number, email or Instagram account you contacted us from; your message or request; and your business name and commercial registration if you give them, from the contact form, the AI assistant, WhatsApp and Instagram. We also collect your answers to the needs-discovery worksheet, with its attachments, and to the other forms you fill in; the email of newsletter subscribers; client account data in the portal (projects, invoices, requests); and, in contracts, the second party’s name, civil ID or passport number (or commercial registration) and address.
We use this data to communicate, deliver the service, issue invoices, send the newsletter to those who subscribed and measure the opening of its emails and the clicks on their links. We never sell data or share it with marketing parties.
Data is processed by the technical providers we rely on, each receiving only what its service needs: Vercel (hosting and delivering the website), Convex (the database and client portal, with data stored in its data centre in Ireland, EU), Anthropic (the AI models behind the assistant, and the tools our team uses to handle enquiries, forms and documents and to translate texts, including reading a civil ID card or passport picture when an employment contract or an independent contractor agreement is prepared), Resend (sending emails, notifications and the newsletter), Zoho Mail (the company mailbox), Meta’s WhatsApp and Instagram (your messages to us on WhatsApp and Instagram), and Google (the website’s fonts load from Google’s servers, which therefore receive your device’s address, and map links).
Some of these providers store or process data outside the Sultanate of Oman (in the European Union and the United States). We choose providers committed to data protection and information security, limit what they receive to what the service needs, and send them no sensitive data, with one exception: when we prepare an employment contract or an independent contractor agreement with an individual, we may send a picture of their civil ID card or passport to Anthropic so that their details (such as name and card or passport number) are read automatically into the contract form; our system does not keep the picture after reading it. By using the website, the assistant or the portal you are informed of this transfer; if you do not agree to it, contact us by phone or email and we will serve you while keeping your data out of these systems as far as possible.
The website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser stores your language preference, your client portal sign-in session, a copy of the site’s public settings (such as the contact number) so pages open faster, the key of your assistant conversation so it continues after a page refresh, and small settings the pages and portal need (such as how services are displayed, where you stopped in a form, and the device identifier we use to alert you to a sign-in from a new device).
The AI assistant on the website and in the portal is an automated program running on an Anthropic AI model. A conversation is deleted automatically 90 days after its last message; until then our team may read it to improve the answers and to follow up with anyone who asked to be contacted. If you ask to be contacted, book or order a service through it, a summary of your request and an excerpt of the conversation’s latest messages are saved with your enquiry and kept with it, as set out in the retention paragraph below. The text of questions the assistant could not answer is kept so our team can add their answers to the FAQ, and is not deleted with the conversation. Do not share sensitive data with the assistant, and it only saves your name and number as an enquiry after you give and confirm them. Its answers are guidance; the website pages and the written quotation remain the reference for prices and terms.
The playable demo at /demo/catch is a showcase only: any name, number or score you enter there stays in your own browser, never reaches us or anyone else, and we cannot see it. Clear it whenever you like with the “clear list” button inside the page, or by clearing site data in your browser.
The augmented reality filter demo at /demo/ar-filter asks for camera permission and processes the picture inside your browser alone: no frame or photo is uploaded to our servers or anyone else’s, and we keep none of it. A photo you take stays on your device and reaches no one unless you share it yourself. The face-tracking model is loaded from our own site, not from a third party.
We keep client and invoice data for the duration of the relationship and for as long as financial regulations require. Every enquiry we receive (from the contact form, the AI assistant, WhatsApp, Instagram or our forms) is kept with your message and contact details and entered in an internal enquiries register that our team and the AI tools it works with can access; our team’s notification emails in the company mailbox also carry your name, contact details and an excerpt of your message or answers. An enquiry’s entry in the register is deleted automatically 11 months after it arrived if it has been closed and is not tied to a client of ours. The enquiry itself, its notifications, and any enquiry still open stay with us until you ask us to delete them; we then delete them within 10 working days and confirm it to you. Anything we delete may remain in our weekly backups until they are replaced; we keep the latest eight.
When you sign in to the client portal with a Google or Facebook account, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture (if any); we never see your password, posts or contacts. To delete your account and data, including data from a Google or Facebook sign-in, email Support@wilddream.om from your registered address: we delete it within 10 working days and confirm it to you. You can also remove our app’s access in your Google or Facebook account settings.
Online invoice payment runs through Thawani, a licensed Omani payment gateway: your card details are entered on the gateway’s own page and never reach us; we keep only the transaction reference and amount. Files and messages you exchange with our team inside the client portal are stored with Convex (Ireland) and seen only by our team and your company’s accounts. If you enable phone notifications from your portal, the browser’s subscription address is kept to deliver them, and you can switch them off in your browser settings at any time. To protect your account we log the date, device type and connection address of each sign-in and e-mail you when a new device signs in; this log is deleted after 180 days.
Your rights under Oman’s Personal Data Protection Law (Royal Decree 6/2022) and its Executive Regulation:
- To see the data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
- To have your data corrected or updated.
- To have your data deleted, except what the law requires us to keep (such as invoices).
- To withdraw your consent at any time, and to object to and stop marketing messages.
- To know who processes your data (listed above).
- To complain to the personal data protection authority at the Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology.
To exercise any right, email Support@wilddream.om with proof of identity; we reply within 10 working days.
We protect data with encryption in transit (HTTPS), role-based access in the portal, invitation-only accounts and automatic monitoring of the website. If a breach affects your personal data, we act at once to contain it, notify the competent authority within 72 hours of discovering it, and tell you without delay when it is likely to harm you, with what you should do to protect yourself.
13Client portal
Client portal accounts are created by invitation from the Studio only. The client is responsible for keeping the password confidential and for everything done from the account, and must tell us immediately about any suspected unauthorised use.
The portal shows the status of projects, invoices, subscriptions and requests for the client’s internal reference. Approved invoices are the only official documents in it.
The Studio may suspend an account for late payment or a breach of these terms, while preserving the client’s data and handing it over on request.
14Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. We first seek an amicable resolution of any dispute within 30 days of written notice; failing that, the courts of Muscat have jurisdiction.
The Studio’s liability for any claim is limited to the amounts paid for the service in dispute; it is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, nor for third-party service outages or force majeure.
We may update these policies as our services evolve; the last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. The latest version applies to new engagements, while existing engagements are governed by the terms attached to their quotation.
15Contact about these policies
