From your request to delivery: what happens, when you pay and what you receive

Eight steps you know before you start. At each one you know what we do, what reaches you and when you pay, and we never move from design to build before you approve.

    You ask

    Write to the assistant on the site, fill in the contact form, or message us on WhatsApp.

    You get
    A reply from our team within one working day (Saturday to Thursday). An order placed through the assistant comes with a number you can track on this page.

    Nothing

    We understand your need

    You fill in the needs worksheet at your own pace, save and come back, or one of our team fills it in with you.

    You get
    A summary of what we understood and the date of your quotation, within one working day.
    Payment
    Nothing
  3. 3

    The quotation

    A written quotation sets the scope, the deliverables, the duration and the total. Work outside the scope is quoted separately.

    You get
    A link to the quotation: read it, then approve it in writing or sign it electronically.
    Payment
    Nothing before you approve.
  4. 4

    Contract and first payment

    Your approval opens your project and issues the first payment invoice. The duration starts when the payment and the full content are received.

    You get
    The first payment invoice and a project opened in your name.
    Payment
    50% on contracting.
  5. 5

    Design

    We design and show you, with two rounds of revisions.

    You get
    A design you see and approve before any build.
    Payment
    30% on design approval.
  6. 6

    Build

    Development or production in stages you see as they are done, with two rounds of revisions.

    You get
    A version you review before delivery.
    Payment
    Nothing
  7. 7

    Delivery

    We hand over the final work. Accounts and domains are registered in your name.

    You get
    The login details and the source files.
    Payment
    20% on delivery.
  8. 8

    After delivery

    We fix software defects within the project scope free of charge.

    You get
    A 30-day warranty, and optional maintenance plans after it.
    Payment
    No charge for the warranty.

What we commit to

  • A reply to your request within one working day.
  • Two rounds of revisions on every approved stage.
  • Software defects fixed free of charge for 30 days after delivery.

What we need from you

  • The full content (texts, images and data) before we start.
  • An answer to approval requests within 5 working days.
  • The duration pauses while we wait for an approval or content from you.
